![]() ![]() ![]() To use Document Inspector to find remaining tracked changes, comments, and other information you may not want to share, on the Review tab, click Check for Issues, then Inspect Document. Thus, if your document has hidden markup, sending the document to someone else will cause that markup to be visible when they open it on their system. On the Review tab, in the Comments group, click the arrow below Delete, then click Delete All Comments in Document. To finalize the document all at once, click Accept All Changes or Reject All Changes. To review changes one at a time, click Review then Accept or Reject. Get your document ready to share by permanently accepting or rejecting tracked changes, and deleting comments. That helps you see what the document will look like when it’s final, but changes will show up again the next time anyone opens it. You can hide existing tracked changes temporarily by choosing No Markup in the Display for Review box. Tip: Comments marked as done look gray in. You can also delete the comment from there, or click the Reply icon next to the checkbox, to reply. ![]() Check the box below the comment to mark it as done. Turn off Track Changes to stop adding more changes to a document. If you’re already editing the document ( Edit Document > Edit in Word Web App ), click Review > Show comments. ![]()
